Three of nine positions on the Board of Directors are to be elected in 2010. Three “3 year terms”. Nominations for directors are welcome and further information regarding the proposed changes below can be received by calling 250-729-8400.
The following Special Resolutions have been received and propose to amend the Rules of Association:
- Quorum to conduct a General or Annual meeting to be 50 members or 0.1% of the membership, whichever is less.
- To pay accumulated equity to charitable organizations down to 30 shares.
- For over-age members, when applying for payout of equity, to be able to request full payout of equity instead of partial.
